With a 50"x20" work envelope and 25" of Z travel, our HAAS VF-4SS makes quick work of large parts in any material. With the TRT160 5 axis mounted, this extremely fast and accurate machine makes parts for a wide variety of industries.
The HAAS TM-1P that we started with is more suited to aluminum and plastic parts in its 30"x12" work envelope with 16" of Z Travel, but is very accurate and can work in concert with the HA5C 4th axis mounted inside to expand its capabilities.
Positional 5 axis precision and full simultaneous 5 axis machining are possible with our HAAS TRT160 Tilting Rotary Trunnion.
Our HAAS HA5C 4th axis indexer allows machining on all surfaces of a part around a single axis, ensuring feature location accuracy and cutting down production time by eliminating multiple 2+1 axis setups. With the matching adjustable pneumatic tailstock we are able to support longer parts as well.
Our HAAS ST15 CNC lathe is a fast, accurate workhorse. With a large 2.5" through spindle and S20 collet chuck, many sizes of material can be loaded for production runs. Individual parts up to 16" in diameter can also be turned with the standard 3 jaw chuck mounted.
Our Omax Waterjet has a 5'x10' cutting bed, with up to 5" thickness capacity. This machine can cut any flat material, inculding metal, plastic, composites (like carbon fiber), lamninates (like phenolic/Garolite), even wood and fiberboard.
Our Bystronic press brake has 50 tons of pressing force to bend a wide variety of metals and thicknesses.
Our Pemserter 6 Ton fastener insertion press allows the installation of self-clinching hardware such as PEM studs, nuts, standoffs, and pins in sheet metal.
Our 30w Fiber laser can etch metal and remove finishes like anodize, powdercoat, and paint to mark parts. It can also be used to apply a special marking fluid as an economical alternative to screen printing of black lettering and designs.
With a FlexArm tapping arm, manual mill and lathe, and assorted grinding and sanding options, parts are finished to your specifications.
